Vacancy: Year 2 Teaching Assistant

(Initially one year contract)

 

Salary - Grade1/2 point 3-5

Annual Salary £7,292- £7,557

15 hours per week (9.00am – 12.00pm)

39 weeks per year

Hacton Primary School is an outstanding school in all areas (OFSTED Dec. 2015). We have recently moved in to a brand new £10.5 million school. We are a very welcoming, extremely well resourced school, with a hardworking and committed team of staff and well behaved pupils who want to learn.

We are looking to appoint an experienced and high caliber Teaching Assistant to work initially in a Year 2 class to commence as soon as possible.

We are looking for:

  • An experienced teaching assistant preferably with experience in KS1.
  • Qualified to NVQ3 level or equivalent and have at least Maths and Literacy GCSE at grade C or above.
  • An enthusiastic, highly committed and flexible individual with excellent interpersonal skills and patience.
  • Someone who is committed to working as a member of a team, and also shows initiative to work independently.
