Benhurst Primary School has an opportunity for a lettings assistant to join our fantastic school. The regular letting that is available is Friday evenings 3.30pm – 8.30pm and 8.30am – 4.15pm on a Saturday. Sundays will also be available later in the year. There is also the opportunity to cover for other lettings during evenings.

We are looking to appoint a flexible, enthusiastic and energetic lettings assistant to work in conjunction with our existing Premises Team. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a range of lettings duties. These would include opening and closing of premises, site security and assisting hirers with site related issues. There will also be some duties such as, decorating or gardening to be completed.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible, possess good time management skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to take direction, abide by school and Health & Safety procedures and have proven inter-personal skills and a sense of humour.
