LETTINGS ASSISTANT
Hours: 9 Hours a week, 52 weeks a year. Friday Evenings 5.00-10.00 PM, Sunday 9.00am - 1.00pm as well as provide cover for holidays and absences where necessary.
Salary: Scale 3.5 – 3.6 (£22,185 - £22,587) 24.93% FTE. Actual salary £5,530.72 - £5,630.94 per annum

We are looking for a Lettings Assistant to work with our Premises team, could this be you?
We are looking to appoint a flexible, enthusiastic and energetic lettings and administrative assistant to work in conjunction with our existing Premises Team. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a range of lettings and administrative duties. These would include opening and closing of premises, site security and also assisting hirers with site related issues and:
- Receiving incoming enquiries via email and telephone
- Checking calendar for availability
- Confirming cost and arrangements to prospective lettees;
- Receiving completed application form and policy
- Maintaining an “lettings” diary
- Completing a lettings summary document for Finance for invoicing.
The successful candidate will need to possess good time management skills and excellent communication skills, the ability to take direction and abide by school and Health & Safety procedures and have proven inter-personal skills and a sense of humour.
