IT Helpdesk Technician - Level 2
Salary: Grade 5. (£27228 to £30213 per annum) (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)
Hours: Full Time (52 Weeks – 36 Hours p/w)
Required for August 2021
We wish to appoint an IT Helpdesk Technician at the Empower Learning Academy Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Trust wide second line IT Support, undertaking core work on our centralised IT network. Additionally, other ICT related responsibilities, including project work, IT asset database management, meeting, and conference preparation, along with many other varied duties, please see the job description for a detailed breakdown.
The IT Department forms part of the Trust’s Central Services Team and is responsible for support at all of ours schools. The role holder will be expected to provide outstanding IT support service to the Trust’s staff and students at any school within the Trust. In return, we can offer you:
