Senior Administrative Officer

Hours: 30 hours per week (8am-3pm Monday - Friday with flexibility for additional hours at peak times)/39 weeks per year

Salary: Grade 4, points 10-15. Pro Rata salary of £17,330 - £19,073p.a. (FTE £24,258 - £26,520 p.a.)

Contract: Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible


We are seeking to appoint a Senior Administrative Officer to work alongside the Business Manager in our Finance Office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional, self-motivated and efficient person wishing to develop a career in school administration.

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Personnel, GDPR and safeguarding
• The ability to work under pressure

We are able to offer training and support for the right person.

Candidates selected for interview will have the opportunity to tour the school as part of the interview process.
