1:1 MIDDAY ASSISTANT TO SUPPORT A CHILD WITH MEDICAL NEEDS
Hours: 9 hours and 10 minutes per week (11.55-1.45pm)
Grade: Scale 2 Point 3-4
Actual Salary for above hours: £4,649 p.a.
Contract: Fixed term Contract until 22/07/2022 contract (named pupil) (to be reviewed before next academic year.
Start Date: September 2021

An opportunity has arisen for a Midday Assistant to join our current enthusiastic and friendly team, to support a pupil with additional medical needs during the lunch hour.
The successful candidate will be:
- A committed and enthusiastic team member to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis to help make lunchtimes a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Able to assess risks and support the child to avert these
- Warm and caring, developing positive relationships with pupils.
- Proactive in promoting social skills and collaboration.
