Hours: 37.5 hours per week worked (Monday to Friday 8am-4pm)/39 Weeks Per Year Term Time Only
Grade: Scale 3 Pts 5-6. Pro Rata Salary of £19,811 - £20,170 p.a. (FTE £22,185 - £22,587 p.a.)

The Governors wish to appoint a personable, professional team player to join one of a team of office staff who can deliver exemplary customer service to parents, staff and other stakeholders. They will ensure the efficient organisation and administration of processes, procedures and policies of our school.
As often a first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible and readily able to respond to queries, resolve problems and adapt to the differing priorities of the working day.
The successful candidate will be able to use computerised management information systems and paper based systems to enter, record and retrieve a range of school data, make returns such as those relating to academic databases, attendance, absence and census returns. This candidate will have a good level of IT skills such as word processing and spreadsheets in order to prepare documents such as letters, memos, reports and papers.
A current First Aid qualification or willingness to be trained in this area is essential.
