Hours: 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: Grade 5 SP 18-24, £27,978 - £31,044 per annum, inclusive of Outer London Weighting.

Empower Learning Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Senior Site Manager, primarily based at our Brittons Academy. The successful applicant will be responsible for the maintenance of the estate, planned, preventative maintenance, cleaning services and refurbishment projects, as well as demonstrating exemplary service attitude and supervisory skills. Previous knowledge of working in a similar role and/or environment is essential.

Empower Learning Academy Trust was formed in September 2016 and consists of four academies in the London Borough of Havering: Hall Mead School; The Brittons Academy; Bower Park Academy and Hacton Primary School.
