Site Supervisor and Mini-bus Driver

Full time or Part time

Full Time Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

 

Elutec Academy are delighted to be recruiting a Site Supervisor and Mini-bus Driver.  This is an exciting opportunity as the school will become part of an outstanding and growing Multi Academy Trust. The school is seeking a team player with high levels of energy and drive to be responsible for repairs and maintenance of the school site, line-management of the cleaners, and to take responsibility to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment for students and staff. The successful candidate will need to be able to drive the school mini-bus.

This is an exciting opportunity for an appropriately experienced, hard working and flexible individual who will enjoy the challenge of joining Elutec at this exciting time.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Premises management
  • Health & safety
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills with proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to remain calm and to deal with people and situations in an appropriate manner
  • Ability to use your own initiative to deal efficiently with a range of repairs, maintenance and site issues
