Located in Romford, Parklands Primary School is a 4 form entry primary school with 906 pupils. We are always over-subscribed with a strong reputation in the local community.

About the role
As Headteacher, you will have a proven track record in driving standards as a senior member of the school leadership team and will be committed and relentless in pursuit of excellence and have a vision for education, with the strategic leadership and communication skills needed to deliver this.
You will create a shared vision and strategic plan which inspires and motivates pupils, staff and all other members of the school community. This vision should express core educational values and moral purpose and be inclusive of stakeholders’ values and beliefs.
Essential
- Relevant experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher
- Experience of Ofsted procedures / inspections
- Managing budgets effectively and ensuring cost efficiency
- Relevant Teaching Qualification and QTS
