Hours: 35 hours per week/39 weeks per year, term time and inset days/twilights
Grade: APTC5 Points 12.0 to 15.0
Salary: Full-time Salary £30,030 per annum, Actual pro rata salary £25,308 per annum
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Pastoral Team. The post holder will work with other professionals in school to identify children with specific barriers to attending school and plan ways to overcome these to help children reach their full potential.
The post holder must have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to work calmly under pressure.
We are an aged 11-16 mixed comprehensive with good pupils, supportive parents and an excellent staff.
