Grade: Grade 1/2 points 2-5
Actual Salary: £18,802 - £19,644 p.a. inclusive of TA2 allowance

Brady Primary School, an exciting community centred, school is looking to appoint a teaching assistant to complement the already strong and successful team. The school is oversubscribed and received a ‘Continuing to be Good’ judgement in April 2022, with many outstanding aspects including behaviour. The school is now looking to continue on the journey to ‘Outstanding’ by appointing an enthusiastic and inspirational teaching assistant.
The successful candidate will be highly ambitious for all pupils, the school and their own development. They will be able to motivate pupils and staff and work with the class teacher, Headteacher, Senior Leadership team and Governing body to plan and implement school improvement strategies.
The successful candidate will:
- Start at the beginnng of the new school year - 2nd September 2024
- Demonstrate at least Good classroom practice
- Have accurate and up to date subject knowledge
- Have excellent behaviour management to compliment the outstanding behaviour we have in school
