Drapers’ Academy SEND Department is looking to appoint Learning Support Assistants.  

If you are highly motivated and enthusiastic about educating and supporting pupils to reach their potential we have a a desirable opportunity in our SEND Team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and have a desire for children to achieve their full potential. 

It is essential you can work well in a team, be patient and can use your initiative to inspire young adults. To be able to provide personal and intimate care when required to support the pupils identified medical needs. To be able to position pupils, in accordance with their individual OT/Physio plan and in line with school moving and handling procedures. To supervise pupils for limited and specified periods including break-times when the post holder should facilitate games and activities
