The Acting Head Teacher and governors of Harold Court Primary School are looking to appoint an energetic and driven individual to join our teaching team. We seek someone who has high expectations, who is a team player with a good sense of humour and can put the fun into learning.

Our children are keen to learn and be involved in the running of their school, with their views shared via our School Parliament. We are looking for teachers who are dedicated to ensuring that every child can thrive and achieve well, enabling them to ‘Be the best that they can be.'
We need someone who is caring and compassionate, committed to providing each child with the best opportunities. You should demonstrate a commitment to embedding our core values while being creative in your thinking, offering engaging and inspiring teaching that paves the way for our children to succeed.

This is an exciting time to join Harold Court Primary as we embark on a new chapter with several new projects planned such as the opening of our nursery in September 2025 for 3 - 4-year-olds, a new specialised SEND classroom with outdoor area and redesigning our playgrounds to make them more inviting for our children.

We offer opportunities to grow your career with excellent professional development, including collaborative work with local schools, advisors, and consultants to improve practice. You will join a team of dedicated and hard-working professionals who put our children at the centre of everything they do, in a school that is constantly striving for every individual to 'Be the best they can be.'
Our enthusiastic, well-behaved pupils are keen to learn, and you will benefit from working with an effective Governing Body, an amazing PTA, and a very supportive school community.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
If you are excited about shaping the future of our pupils and meet the criteria outlined above, we would love to hear from you. Apply now and join us on this incredible journey at Harold Court Primary School!
