An exciting opportunity has arisen at Harold Court Primary School for an office administrator/receptionist. The Head Teacher and governors of Harold Court School are looking to appoint an individual who has a friendly, calm manner and a positive outlook join our office team. 

The ideal candidate will:
- Exhibit a warm, professional demeanour and strong work ethic
- Communicate confidently and sensitively and be able to relate well to all people both diplomatically and sensitively 
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Show integrity, energy, and enthusiasm in a multi-tasking environment
- Handle sensitive situations with respect for confidentiality
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Be committed to the school's ethos and engaged in school life

The role includes extensive use of word processing, spreadsheets, and general office duties, requiring familiarity with management information systems (MIS). Experience with these systems is desirable. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all of our families and visitors to our school both in person and on the telephone.
