Learning Support Assistant
Responsible to: SENCO
Grade: Scale 2, Point 3-4
Actual Salary: £19,642 - £21,934 (33.5 hours)
Working hours: 33.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, Monday to Friday (timings of the day to be discussed at interview)
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our SEND department.
You will work closely with the SENDCO and SEND team and ensure our students have a positive learning experience and support to achieve their best outcomes.

- Lead on interventions put into place by the SENDCO
- To support young adults with their learning
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding for students with additional needs?
- To work as part of a team?
- Support the learning in a classroom?
- Take active responsibility for improving standards of behavior and attitudes to learning?
- Act as a positive and proactive role model; inspiring others through your own exemplary practice?
