Administrative Assistant

Hours : 36 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

Grade: Grade 1/2 Points 2 - 5

Salary : £27,345 - £28,521 per annum (£24,700 - £25,763 pro rata)

Contract : Permanent 

Required from September 2025

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible person, with a positive attitude and resilience to join our friendly busy office team.

The successful candidate will: 

  • Carry out a wide range of administrative tasks
  • Ideally have some experience working in a school office
  • Be committed, flexible and reliable
  • Have excellent communication skills – verbally and written
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be caring and empathetic, with a good sense of humour
  • Work well in a team 
  • Have a positive attitude 
  • Show initiative
  • Ability to cope with pressure and conflicting demands.
