Administrative Assistant

Hours: 36 hours per week. 08:15 - 16:12 Monday to Friday (45 minutes unpaid lunch break). Working 39 weeks per year (including inset days). Paid for 44.8 weeks per year (inclusive of 5.8 weeks paid annual leave) 

Salary: Grade 1/2 spinal points 2-5. Pro Rata salary of £24,247 - £25,291 per annum (FTE £28,221 - £29,436 p.a.)

Broadford Primary School is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school. We need someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is able to offer a friendly smile when working with children, parents and staff.

You will be an experienced administrator with outstanding customer service skills, flexible, adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team. This is a key role and you will be part of the public face of our school. You will be the first port of call to our families and children during the school day. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates with previous school experience and excellent ICT skills.
