Hours: 30 hours per week

Weeks: 39 weeks per year 

Grade and Spinal Point: 1/2 points 2-5

Pro Rata Salary: £20,206 - £21, 076 (FTE £28,221 - £29,436)

Contract: Full Time - Permanent

 

At Scotts Primary School, we are committed to providing an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child is supported to thrive. Our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team plays a vital role in laying the foundations for lifelong learning, curiosity, and independence.

 

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our EYFS team. The successful candidate will:

· Support high-quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFS framework.

· Work with individuals and small groups of children, including those with additional needs.

· Help create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

· Contribute to children’s personal, social, and emotional development.

· Provide care for pupils’ physical needs, including carrying out intimate care when required.

· Work collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has previous experience of working in an EYFS setting (desirable).

· Is willing and able to provide intimate care in a respectful and professional manner.

· Is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.

· Demonstrates good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
