Hours: 21 hours per week for 40 weeks per year
Grade: Grade 3 points 5-9
Actual Salary: £15,148 - £16,034 p.a.
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: October/November 2025
Brady Primary School are looking to appoint an administrative officer, to work alongside the school’s experienced and skilled office staff as part of the school exciting expansion process. This role will include all aspects of administrative services and limited financial services at the school.
The successful candidate will be flexible and able to use their initiative, as well as having excellent interpersonal skills. They will be able to demonstrate strong organisational and IT skills (to include word and excel packages) ensuring the operational functions of the school are managed.
The main areas of responsibility will include:
- Administrative and secretarial support to the school office
- Administering first aid if required
- Organisation of Nursery places in conjunction with the EYFS lead
- Financial support for Nursery (experiences of FMS would be advantageous)
