Senior Midday Supervisor
Hours: 10 hours per week, 39 weeks per year term time only
Salary: APTC 4 Point 7-10 £30,288 - £31,611 pa (£5,128 - £7,339 pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
We are looking to appoint a Senior Midday Supervisor to join our hard-working, enthusiastic team of Midday Assistants who make lunchtimes happy, productive and safe for all of our children. You will be asked to help with:
- the transition of pupils from class to the dining hall and/or the school playground; (or other designated areas during wet play and back to class at the end of lunchtime;
- setting out resources for children’s games and supervising the MDA’s to run activities;
- the supervision and support of pupils whilst they eat;
- the promotion and supervision of positive and active play and pupil relationships;
- health, safety, security and basic first aid (after relevant training);
- pupil discipline and behaviour management;
- assisting pupils with their medical, physical and care needs, where appropriate.
