EYFS Teaching Assistant 

Required ASAP

Hours: 33.75 hours per week (8:15am - 3:30pm) for 39 weeks per year

Permanent

Grade: 3 Points 5 - 9

Actual Salary: £23,710 - £29,057 p.a. 

 

We are seeking a caring and friendly EYFS Teaching Assistant who has a positive outlook, SEND experience and strong behaviour management to join our nurturing and inclusive early years environment, where every child is given the opportunity to thrive and flourish. If you are ready to make a genuine difference in the lives of our children and contribute to their emotional, social, and educational development, we would love to hear from you. 

 

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working with children in an EYFS setting;
• A relevant Level 3 childcare qualification;
• A rich knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and how children learn;
• The ability to support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum in both classroom and outdoor spaces; 
• Skills to assess children’s progress and using IT effectively; 
• A commitment to pastoral care and supporting social and emotional development through play;
• A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with parents and colleagues alike;
• A creative, enthusiastic individual who embraces new ideas and is always looking for innovative ways to enhance the learning environment.
