Hours: Flexibility available - To be discussed with the School
Salary: Scale 3 Spinal Points 5-6. FTE £29,436 - £29,856 p.a. Pro rata salary to be confirmed after hours are agreed

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team, with a particular focus on delivering Speech & Language and phonics interventions. This role is vital in helping pupils develop their communication skills and early literacy, ensuring they make excellent progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver targeted, evidence-based speech and language support and phonics interventions to individuals and small groups, using structured programmes aligned with classroom teaching.
- Support class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Provide individual and group support to pupils
- Be a positive role model demonstrating kindness and patience
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Essential Requirements & qualities
- Experience or training in supporting Speech and Language development and phonics teaching.
