Weeks per year: 39 weeks per year (term time plus 1 week)

We are now looking to appoint a passionate and inspiring Administrative Support Officer to join Benhurst Primary School.
Job Purpose:
We are looking to appoint a part-time Administrative Support Officer at Benhurst Primary School to assist and support with a Finance focus on a daily basis, working in the main school office in collaboration with all school employees, under the overall direction of the Operations Manager and Headteacher.
You will:
· Share our passion and commitment to building great learning communities for our pupils
· Work as part of a team with excellent communication skills
· Be professional, approachable and caring
· Possess excellent administrative and organisational skills
· Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent numeracy skills Be able to plan effectively to enable multi-tasking
· Experience of working in a busy office environment
· Be diplomatic, confidential, and calm under pressure
· Be passionate about working in a school and with young people
· Ability to be flexible to suit the needs of the school
