We are seeking a confident, reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisor and qualified Sports Coach to join our thriving school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, maintaining continuity of learning, and managing classrooms effectively across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 during staff absence. This will include both classroom-based lessons across all subjects and practical PE lessons across a wide range of sports.
In addition, the post-holder will play a key role in supporting and developing the school’s extensive extra-curricular sports programme, contributing to clubs, training sessions and competitive fixtures. The successful candidate will provide direction, enthusiasm and vision, while helping to shape students’ core value of “Love as Brethren” in a school where sport is a central part of the ethos and culture.
This role contributes to the department’s objective of delivering an exceptional sporting programme for all students, regardless ability. The successful candidate will help promote a consistent, inclusive and aspirational environment that encourages participation, teamwork and excellence.
