Salary: Pro rata salary of £7,839 - £8,152 p.a. (FTE £28,221 - £29,436 p.a.)

The staff and governors of Squirrels Heath Primary School are looking to appoint an experienced cleaner who has experience of working in a school setting.
The role includes:-
- Working as part of a team of cleaners under the supervision of the Site Manager
- Ensuring designated areas are safe and cleaned to the high standard required, including toilets and classrooms
- Reporting maintenance issues to the Site Manager

The successful applicant will:
- Have the ability to organise one’s own work, to prioritise tasks and keep to deadlines
- Be able to work independently and be a committed and flexible team player
- Be able to communicate and interact effectively with adults
- Display a commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
- Have an understanding of basic Health, Safety and Security in schools
- Have an understanding of basic cleaning chemicals and products and their appropriate use in accordance with the COSHH regulations
