Crowlands Primary School is seeking an outstanding, innovative and highly motivated Inclusion Leader SENCO to lead on Inclusion at our school.
This post is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated candidate to take steps into school leadership, working with supportive colleagues and to inspire, motivate and liaise with SEND pupils, staff members, parents and carers and a range of other professionals.
The successful candidate will have:
- An excellent understanding of the expectations working with SEND pupils
- Strengths in leading and developing Inclusion across the school
- Extensive experience with working with SEND pupils
- Thorough knowledge of the SEND code of practice and the Inclusion requirements set by the DfE
- A clear vision for individual SEND pupils and how to secure the best outcomes for them
The successful candidate will be:
- Committed to maintaining high expectations of Inclusion across the primary phase
- Responsible for the EHCP application and review process for individual pupils
- Take responsibility for SEND pupil outcomes and securing the right support for them dependent on their age and stage
- Be passionate about children’s learning and committed to working with and learning alongside other professionals
