Student Services Coordinator

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. 8.30am - 3.30pm with 30 minutes lunch.

Grade: Scale 3, pt 5-6

Actual Salary: £16,560-£16,859 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Due to our expanding roll, we are looking to appoint a Student Services Coordinator for a September start.   This will be a new role within the school.

Some of the responsibilities of the role would include the administration of first aid and appropriate forms, issuing students with timetables if lost, contacting parents/carers to give student information when necessary, collecting and handling trip forms, tickets and goods sold to students.

There would be a requirement for the successful candidate to undertake all relevant first aid training such as diabetic pump training and epi pen training to support the needs of our students.

The hours will be 32.5 hours per week for 38 weeks a year plus 5 INSET days, a total of 39 weeks.

We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, flexible and organised who enjoys working with young people.

Royal Liberty is a small comprehensive school for boys situated on a very pleasant Grade II* listed site. The school is in an excellent location, a short walk from the main line Gidea Park station to London Liverpool Street.

Through the Priority Schools Building Programme and Local Authority expansion funding we will be undergoing a refurbishment of the main block and adding new facilities. This will include a brand new Food Technology room and an additional Sports Hall.

We are part of the Success For All Educational Trust with Redden Court School and Sanders School. As an employee you will be covered by our excellent well-being support and medical cover programme through the School Advisory Service (SAS).
