Administrative Officer required experience of school office systems desirable
36 hours per week x 41 weeks per year
Grade 3 points 6 – 9
Actual Salary: £19,602 - £20,677 p.a.
We are seeking someone who is caring and empathetic to work as part of our busy administration team. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and skilled in the use of Microsoft packages. You will be required to administer manual and computerised records, use our school information systems such as SIMS, sQuid, parentmail etc. We are keen for people to join our successful team who will enhance our services further.
You will be flexible and adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team. This is a key role within our school as you will be the public face of our school. You will be the first port of call to our families and children during the school day. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates with previous school experience.
The Federation of Towers Schools comprises of an Infant school and Junior school, situated on the same site that are formally joined together in a successful and happy partnership. Our oversubscribed three form entry schools include an amazing nursery, where places are in high demand.
