Lettings Assistant

Salary: APTC3: £7338.78-£7471.34 actual salary (£21,591-£21.981 FTE)

 Hours of work

Tuesday          6:30pm-9:30pm

Wednesday:    7:15pm-10:15pm

Saturday:        8:15am-12:15pm

A Candidate who could be flexible if more lettings were booked would be beneficial.

We are looking for a Lettings Assistant will provide an efficient lettings service out of school hours to organisations hiring the school premises. This will include opening and closing the site, ensuring the site is safe and secure and carrying out cleaning and maintainance activities.
