Midday Supervisor to work with SEN pupils

Salary: Grade 1 / 2, Points 1- 5. Actual Salary £2,855 - £3,098 p.a. (FTE £20,103 - £21,591 p.a.)

Hours: 6.25 hours per week x 38 weeks per year

 

We require an enthusiastic, committed, and reliable Midday Supervisor to provide a safe, caring and inclusive lunchtime environment for our pupils with special educational needs.

Applicants should be able to talk about how they demonstrate the following qualities: enthusiasm, a sense of humour, an ability to stay calm and patient. As a member of our team you would use these qualities to make lunchtime a positive and worthwhile experience for our pupils who need some additional support.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with pupils who have special educational needs and/or are on the Autistic Spectrum, good communication skills, be calm and patient, have a good sense of humour and be a team player with a flexible attitude. A caring nature is essential and first aid knowledge is desirable.
