APTC2   SCP 3-4 Salary: £4,305 – £4,383

1 year Fixed term contract

9 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday x 38 weeks per year)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking colleague to join our Administration Team with responsibility for the reprographics of the Academy to include ordering and monitoring of consumables. You will also be required to carry out ad-hoc admin tasks as necessary.

 

A polite telephone manner and good inter-personal skills are essential. You will be expected to demonstrate exemplary customer service and be able to handle enquiries and complaints in a confidential and sensitive manner.

 

You will be involved with and have regular contact with students and staff and must be able to remain calm in stressful situations.
