Join a rapidly improving academy which has gone from special measures to good in 15 months and is now on track to achieve outstanding in the next two years. Bower Park Academy is a popular and oversubscribed 11-16 co-educational school with 850 pupils on roll who wish to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic teacher of Music teacher to join a thriving department. Music is very popular with a wide range of extra-curricular activities and GCSE music being introduced this year. The successful candidate will be a key player in that transformation, securing outstanding outcomes for students in Music.

The Music department is part of a thriving Performing Arts department, with a strong team who work collaboratively and are very supportive. If you are passionate about Music and have ambition to develop as a teacher, then this post provides an exciting opportunity and we would be very interested to hear from you.
