Salary: £2526.25 per annum pro-rata. (£21,408 per annum FTE)

Hours: 5 hours per week (11.30am – 12.30pm). Term time only, 39 weeks per year (including 5 inset days)

Responsible to: SENDCO

Required: January 2021

 

Aim:

We are seeking to appoint a highly effective, caring, enthusiastic and experienced Midday Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a 1:1 position to support a child in Reception who has a full-time EHCP in place, and is a fixed-term contract for as long as the child attends the school and we receive funding for the role. The right candidate will have a proven track record of working with pupils with Special Educational Needs, including ASD, Autism, Speech and Language and associated difficulties. Makaton training would also be desirable.
