Hours: 36 hours per week/working 39 weeks per year. 08:30 – 16:15 (Monday - Friday)
Salary: Grade 6 spinal point 25-29. Pro Rata salary of £27,234 - £30,105 p.a. (FTE £31,557 - £34,884 p.a.)

What will the post involve?
Broadford Primary School is looking to appoint a highly motivated and suitably experienced School Office Manager, to take responsibility for the planning, development and implementation of the administrative services within school. You will be responsible for managing a busy school office, and line managing the administrative team. The successful candidate will be joining a passionate and committed team, with a supportive Governing Body, and children who are happy and keen to learn. We are looking for a School Office Manager who: is well educated, with a minimum of GCSEs in English and mathematics (grade C or above). Higher level qualifications are desirable; has experience working in an educational office environment, ideally in a supervisory role; has experience of using school administrative systems, including Capita SIMS, has excellent interpersonal skills, is highly motivated and has the ability to work well under pressure; has experience of human resources and has excellent verbal and written communication skills; The ideal candidate will also have experience of IT packages, and experience of using Google Drive and Google Suite applications; is friendly and approachable with a welcoming and professional manner.
