SEND ARP Lead Teacher (Additionally Resourced Provision)
Pay scale: MPS/UPS plus TLR 2c and Outer London Allowance
Start date: September 2021

We are seeking to appoint a Lead Teacher for our ARP (Additionally Resourced Provision) to begin in September 2021. The ARP supports 12 students with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) some of whom access mainstream lessons and some who are educated separately for some or all lessons. The Lead Teacher for the ARP is a key role in the SEND Faculty at Redden Court School. We have a longstanding reputation for excellence in the provision for students with SEND and the ARP is a significant aspect of our offer. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership and management role where you will be able to influence and contribute to a growing SEND Faculty.
We are a well resourced SEND Faculty. We have two large, dedicated areas for SEND both comprising several rooms including a sensory room, spaces for small group interventions and an outdoor, ‘alternative playground’ garden. The SEND team are enthusiastic, energetic and experts in their field. We will welcome a Lead Teacher for the ARP who is ready to help us deliver ‘Success for All’ at Redden Court School.
We are looking for an energetic, well-organised and flexible Lead Teacher for the ARP who:
- Has experience of teaching students with a range of SEND
- Takes pride in delivering high quality teaching
- Is ready to make a significant positive impact on our students and our whole school
