Site Manager required from January 2019 or earlier

Grade 4 Points 21 - 25

Salary: £22,425 - £24,999 p.a.

36 hours per week x 52 weeks per year

7am – 10am 2.00pm – 6.00pm (plus one additional hour per week)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person who would like to provide a key role in managing and maintaining our school site, to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community. Previous experience of working in a school maintenance team is desirable.

This is an exciting chance to join our wonderful schools, working as part of a friendly and inspiring team and contributing to the whole school environment.

Duties will include:-

  • Locking and unlocking the school and carrying out security checks on the buildings
  • Carrying out and recording statutory checks and help maintain Health and Safety records.
  • Maintenance of the school property and grounds to a high standard. (including liaising with contractors)
  • Monitoring site stock and ordering supplies
