Administrative/Finance Officer (Part-time) required for June 2019 – permanent post.

Hours: 8.30am - 4.00pm including half hour lunch break. 3 days per week – 21 hours per week x 40 weeks per year + 5.4 weeks paid inclusive of leave and bank holidays (ability to be flexible).

Salary: Grade 3 sp 16-20 (£10,250-£11,022 p.a pro rata)

 

Brady Primary School is looking to appoint an administrative/finance officer, to work alongside the school’s experienced and skilled office staff, as part of the school’s exciting expansion process. This role will include all aspects of administrative services and limited financial services at the school.

 

The successful candidate will be flexible and able to use their initiative, as well as having excellent interpersonal skills. They will be able to demonstrate strong organisational and IT skills (to include word and excel packages) ensuring the operational functions of the school are managed.

The main areas of responsibility will include:

  • Administrative and secretarial support to the school office
  • Organisation of breakfast and after school club places in conjunction with the deputy headteacher
  • Organisation of Nursery places in conjunction with the EYFS lead
  • Financial support for breakfast/ after school club and Nursery (experiences of SIMS would be advantageous)
