Grade: Scale 3, points 5-6
Actual Salary: £18,277-£18,607 per annum
Based at: The Royal Liberty School
As part of the vision of the Trust we are delivering a centralised Finance service to support the three schools that are currently part of our Community Multi Academy Trust. These three schools are Redden Court School, Sanders and The Royal Liberty School where this post will be based.
As part of a wider team that will include, School Business Management, Finance and Human Resources functions, we are seeking an efficient, highly organised individual who has an attention to detail and excellent communication and IT skills. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the delivery of the operational day to day activities that will provide key administrative functions.
Reporting to the HR, Payroll and Finance Manager, this role comes at an exciting time for the Trust as this centralised service is developing.
Should the Trust grow there is likely to be potential for progression and the Trust believes in continuing professional development and developing the skills and knowledge of our staff through a thorough appraisal system.
In return you will receive a salary at Scale 3 from point 5 to 6. You will have access to the Local Government Pension Scheme and access to the Schools Advisory Service that offers a range of wellbeing services that includes physiotherapy, weight management classes, counselling services, medical checks and many more.
The role is for 35 hours per week, but this can be flexible based on recruiting the right candidate. The role is term time only with one week required at the end of the school financial year which is the last week in August.
