SALARY SPINAL POINT 7 (GRADE RANGE 3)
£22,126 per annum (Actual Salary)
Fixed Term Contract until July 2025

We are seeking a Graduate Mentor to work in this high achieving, 11–18 mixed comprehensive school. They will help develop our Oxbridge university admissions provision, working alongside experienced post-16 colleagues and provide support to students who have special educational needs and disabilities.
Oxbridge University Admissions: This part of the role will involve 1-2-1 and group based support and advice for students on the Oxbridge university admissions process, and preparatory steps in KS3 and KS4.
Learning Support Assistant: This part of the role will involve undertaking duties throughout the school day for secondary school students with additional learning needs; ensure confidentiality with regard to sensitive issues that arise and contribute to the continuing development of the SEN team and the support they provide.
For the right candidate, the school would offer support to pursue a career in teaching.
