Hours: 29 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Salary: Scale 2 Spinal Point 3-4. Range £14,259- £14,516. Full Time Equivalent range £20,835- £21,210.

Bower Park Academy wish to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within the SENCo department. The successful candidate will be supporting students with SEND to help them access the curriculum. They will be a committed practitioner who wants to develop their skills knowledge and understanding to become the best they can be for our students.

Hours of Work
The core hours will be a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.15am – 2.30pm and Wednesday 8.15am – 4.30pm totalling 29 hours per week for 39 weeks of the year.
Annual Holiday entitlement will be in line with Local Government guidelines and subject to grade and continuous service, plus statutory bank holidays.
