Bower Park Academy is a popular and oversubscribed 11-16 co-educational school with 850 pupils on roll who wish to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic Educational Welfare Officer. The Academy has seen improved attendance over the past few years. We are looking to appoint someone who will continue the drive to raise attendance. This is a part time post for the EWO aspect of the role although it could be full time for a candidate willing to take responsibility for monitoring students on alternative provision.
If you are passionate about supporting the students academically and socially to ensure they reach their potential by overcoming barriers to learning, with particular attention to their attendance and punctuality, Bower Park Academy would like to hear from you.
