Would you like to move your career forward in a friendly environment with eager students and support from an experienced leadership team, in one of the most improving, forward thinking schools in our Local Authority? We are a popular all boys school only twenty minutes from the heart of London.
Our staff turnover is low because they come to us and realise just how much we invest in developing them to become the best they can be. There are excellent opportunities for people who work hard and effort is often recognised in career development. Our CPD programme and collegiate approach are highly effective.
Staff morale is high and so is that of our students and their community. Our school mantra is “Where boys are ambitious, Where boys succeed” and the staff at this school are fully dedicated to making this reality.
We seek an inspiring, motivated and enthusiastic Pastoral Head of Year to join us either September 2020 or as soon as possible. We want someone who is caring, forward-thinking, a team player and able to work with everyone in the community.
Royal Liberty School is a happy, hardworking and thriving school which has gone from strength to strength over recent years and is proud to be a part of the ‘Success for All’ Educational Trust.
At Royal Liberty School we are committed to providing an excellent education that develops ambition, raises expectations and delivers excellent results. Our students are helped to become the best versions of themselves as people who know they must work hard and who have responsibilities.
We have very strong and positive relationships with parents and carers, who play an active role in the school's vision and values. We genuinely believe in the importance of working in partnership with our staff, parents/carers, students and all stakeholders as we know this approach has reaped dividends for us.
If you would like to speak to the Assistant Head of Pastoral, Mr D Hinnigan, please feel free to telephone the school.
We welcome visits to the school from potential applicants.
A further allowance may be available for a candidate with suitable experience.
