Attendance Officer
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: Starting as soon as possible
Hours: 8.00 am – 3.45 pm. 5 days, 36 hours per week/39 weeks per year
Salary: Scale 3 points 5-6. Actual salary for above hours £18,343 - £18,758 (subject to pay review)

Required for an immediate start an excellent Attendance officer is required.
To take ownership of attendance at Sanders and work under the guidance of our Education Welfare Officer and SLT line manager.
To oversee all attendance issues and work with the Pastoral team and Head of Years to continue the focus and drive on attendance and punctuality.
To provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team as and when required, as appropriate.
To carry out duties commensurate with the post, as a member of the office support staff and whole school team.
You will be responsible for the efficient and effective organisation of school processes including student admissions and inputting and amending student data.
You must be able to manage competing priorities, be a team player and an eye for attention to detail is essential, you will also promote a friendly positive image of the school.
Experience using the school SIMS system is essential.
