Salary: Grade 3 Point 5 – 9. Annual Salary £14,475 - £15,546. (£21,592 - £23,187 Full Time Equivalent)

Hours: 25 hours per week, 5 hours a day/43 weeks per year

Required January 2021


Empower Learning Academy Trust was formed in September 2016 and consists of four academies in the London Borough of Havering: Hall Mead School; The Brittons Academy; Bower Park Academy and Hacton Primary School. Our mission is:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance and Facilities Assistant to join the Trust’s Central Services Team, to be based at Bower Park Academy. The role is responsible for the smooth operation of our school premises and facilities related finance processes and front of house service for the ELAT Central Services team:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to meet challenging deadlines, show initiative and manage time effectively
  • The ability to prioritise, plan and organise with meticulous attention to detail.
