EXPERIENCED SCHOOL FACILITIES MANAGER
Salary range is £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience
Hours: Shift pattern in place between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented, conscientious, and positive person to join our team here at Oakfields Preparatory School, a small friendly Independent Day School in a beautiful setting in Upminster.
THE ROLE:
As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the school site and operations by; managing cleaning, contractors, and site staff, undertaking minor repair & minor maintenance works, ensuring heating, lighting and alarm systems are checked regularly, take responsibility for orders relating to school facilities, overseeing the school’s lettings, as well as security and health and safety of the school site.
The successful candidate should ideally have knowledge of managing a school site, have excellent interpersonal skills along with intermediate IT skills.
There will be a shift pattern in place between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm
